Kindergarten 2014

The picture above is our kindergarten class

for 2014.

We have 30 children total in which 17 are 

Khwesan.

We continue God's work in our mission. 

Crusade 2013

From October 12 to the 21st we

held a crusade at Andara a 

location about 85 km from our

mission in Omega. It was organized and facilitated by 

Cristian Lucas.

We baptized 31 members with

Clever Mutikani acting as our 

speaker during the crusade.

Also our kindergarten ended

for 2013 on December 7th with

the children receiving report

cards and gifts.

Overall 2013 was a good year 

and we continue to do God's

work here in Omega Mission.

We ask God to bless us and 

give us strength to carry on 

his work in 2014.

World Play Day

On Tuesday the 28th of May here in Omega village we celebrated
World Play Day.

Our Mission hosted children from the Chetto (village about 30km away) and
the Omega Catholic Mission kindergartens. With the children from our
kindergarten there was a total of 96 children between the ages of 3-5 years
old whom participated.

It was a nice day for children with competitions and food for them
and their parents. The kids received toys and yellow caps as the event was
sponsored by NATIONAL EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT and
N.G.O. Association.

We were happy to be able to host this event and bring children and their
parents together.

We thank the LORD for these opportunities and our Omega S.D.A. is
continuing to grow.

Kindergarten 2013

In the picture you can see that we have opened our
kindergarten for 2013.
It is the third consecutive year that our mission is
working with the children in our Omega village.
With the help of the Lord we will continue to work
towards the goals of preparing our future generations
for their educational and spiritual lives.

Youth Camp in Omega Mission

A Youth Camp was held at our Omega Mission from
24 December 2012 to 2 January 2013. It ended 2012
and carried into the new year 2013. It is symbolic of our
continued efforts to share the Word of the Lord here at
our humble mission located in the African bush.

In the picture you can see that we had about 35
youth participating.

Omega Mission was founded in 2009 and has slowly
and surely grown and we will continue to sponsor activities
such as the Youth Camp and Crusades in the future.

Everyday at the Omega Mission we thank the Lord for giving
us the strength to do his work.

Baptisms

As a result of our Crusade we Baptized 9 souls.

The Baptisms were officiated by Pastor Eduard Kamwanga
from the Bagani District Adventist Church.

In the picture below we are at the river the day that the
9 souls were Baptized.

 














Here at our Omega 1 mission we are working to develop
and improve the lives of our villagers and bring them to God.

Crusade 2012

In our Omega 1 mission we recently held a Crusade
for 2012.

It was a year and a half since we had the 1st Crusade in our
village.

Like before, our Crusade attracted many villagers and they listened
nightly to the preaching of our visiting pastor.

The Crusade was organized and facilitated by Clever Mutikani and
brother Christian Luca.

We have been doing the work of the Lord in our mission
for over three years and with everyday and with every
Crusade we continue on.
